Yes. As long as your reservation is active you can access your belongings as many times as you need. When you close the locker, remember to tell the system you are not leaving yet so your reservation is not cancelled.
There are 2 formats: hourly and daily. A daily booking runs from the moment you book until 7:59 AM the following day. From 8:00 AM onwards an additional day is charged. Hourly bookings are made in 2-hour or 4-hour slots.
We send codes by two methods: SMS and email. Check that your email address and phone number are entered correctly, look in your spam folder, and make sure your carrier accepts messages from Spanish numbers.
Card payment is the only method we accept, along with Google Pay and Apple Pay. We do not accept cash.
Yes. In the email containing your access codes you will find the option to change the locker size. Only the price difference will be charged if you upgrade to a larger size.
Yes, you can cancel before opening the locker for the first time. Once the locker has been opened, no refund will be issued.
Food, flammable liquids, high-value items, and any product illegal under Spanish law are not permitted. The locker user is solely responsible for any damage or legal issues arising from the stored contents.
Yes. Our premises have 24-hour CCTV surveillance. In addition, each reservation generates a unique, non-transferable access code, so only you can open your locker.
